- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit (see note*)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 TBLS coconut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh grated turmeric (or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (can decrease to ½ tsp if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1 teaspoon maca
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix until well combined
- Pour into preferred glass, add garnish if desired
- Choose your favorite tropical fruit or a mixture such as mango, papaya or pineapple.
