In truth, I have a green smoothie almost everyday. This is true especially in the early spring when my body craves fresh green foods. It is the perfect fix when you need your greens and some extra energy. I feel Great!

Choose Several Greens

  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Collards
  • Dandelion
  • Swiss Card
  • Beet Greens

Add More Vegies

  • Garlic
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Avocado
  • Bell Pepper

Supercharge Your Smoothie


  1. Blend 2 cups of base all ingredients in a blender until smooth! If you are adding vegetables like carrots or broccoli, slice them super thin before adding to a food processor or blender. You might want to juice your vegetables first. It is not so hard on the blender and it makes a much creamier smoothie!
  2. Enjoy at least twice a week if not daily!
