Ingredients
  1. 24 ounces organic plain yogurt
  2. 7 TBLS organic acai berry juice
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla (optional)
  4. 2 1/2 cups organic blueberries
  5. 1 cup organic strawberries, halved or sliced
  6. 5 TBLS organic coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  7. 12 whole roasted organic almonds or walnuts (sliced)
Instructions
  1. Prepare fruit, clean all berries and slice the strawberries
  2. In a bowl; gently mix yogurt, acai berry juice and vanilla until well blended
  3. Pour yogurt mixture into individual serving cups
  4. In another bowl, combine fruit, coconut flakes and nuts
  5. Top the yogurt mixture with the fruit mixture.
  6. Serve immediately
Notes
  1. You can add other fruits such as oranges or raspberries. Garnish with mint leaves or even granola!
