Ingredients
  1. 1 ¼ cup apple juice (organic)
  2. ½ cup yogurt (organic)
  3. 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  4. ½ cup raspberries or blueberries (organic)
  5. 1 TBSP * Acai berry powder
  6. 1 TBSP honey or other sweetener
  7. 1 TBSP walnuts or almonds (chopped small)
  8. 1-2 teaspoons Maca Force
  9. 5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on low until well blended. Pour into desired glasses. Decorate with fresh mint sprig or fruit of choice
